One purchase, two devices
Xbox Wire, Xbox’s own news site, states that “Control Resonant launches in 2026 for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC with support for Xbox Play Anywhere.” Stated in Xbox Wire: Control Resonant, self-publishing and Xbox Play Anywhere The Play Anywhere idea is that one purchase covers both places: Xbox says such titles “can be played across Xbox console, PC, and supported gaming handhelds at no additional cost”, with the player “bringing all your saves, game add-ons, and achievements with you”.
On the console

On Windows PC
The store page’s Play with block includes PC. The studio’s own release announcement names Steam and Epic for PC and does not mention the Xbox PC version, so a PC buyer has more than one storefront to choose from. See the Steam and Epic page.

Frame rate on Series X
A Pure Xbox reviewer who played on Series X describes a Quality mode at 30 fps and a Performance mode at 60 fps, writing that “Performance mode offers a solid 60FPS with a slightly fuzzier resolution”. Release, bonus and disc
