CONTROL Resonant pre-order bonuses: which items, which stores
The studio’s FAQ lists two pre-order items: the Hiss Corruption Outfit and the Pickpocket’s Tool Artifact. The Steam page and the Xbox listing name the same two. The PlayStation Store names a third, the Occult Outfit, on both its Standard and Deluxe pages.

The PlayStation Store’s Deluxe page repeats the same three-item list. Listed on PlayStation Store (UK): CONTROL Resonant Digital Deluxe Edition The Xbox catalogue also carries the bonus as its own add-on entry with a price of zero, next to the two game editions.
What each item is
- Hiss Corruption Outfit. An outfit for Dylan, the playable character, according to the studio’s FAQ.
- Pickpocket’s Tool Artifact. An Artifact, which is a build item explained below.
- Occult Outfit. Listed by name on the PlayStation Store only. The store gives no description beyond the name.
What an Artifact is
The studio defines the term in its New Game+ post: “Artifacts are equippable modifiers that can affect combat, survivability, exploration, and more”, often with conditions or trade-offs. Stated in PlayStation Blog: Remedy shares first details on New Game+ So the Pickpocket’s Tool is an item you slot into a build, and the two outfits are, going by their names, clothing options for Dylan.
How the offer is worded
Every listing frames these items as something a pre-order unlocks. The Steam page and the Xbox listing say so in their own text, and the studio’s FAQ files them under pre-orders. What a purchase made later receives is a question for the store page you are buying from, since the studio’s wording covers pre-orders only.

The disc editions and their dates are on the physical release page.
Not the same as the Deluxe contents
The pre-order items are separate from what the Digital Deluxe Edition adds, which is an artbook, a soundtrack, an Artifact of its own, a resource bundle and a mission outfit.
